So I returned to Turbotax on February 24, as instructed more than 2 weeks ago, to efile my NC taxes and I still get the same error as I got when the NC forms weren't ready. When I opened Turbotax it said the forms are now ready for me to efile. I'm frustrated and angry. It appears that the problem is with the payment receipt. I paid for this efile and now can't get it. You are losing a very long-standing customer of Tubotax! I'll never use it again.

If NC forms show available, please try and delete the state and redo it.

First, search updates, then load the Quicken update for State. There is a little box that must be checked when you are told to final review. Just read each section carefully to find the box, then check the box to verify, Now you can file State.
