My wife is a stay at home mom with no income. Should I file joint or single?

Will I get a larger return filing joint or single?
If I filed single, would I consider her a dependent?

You can't file single. You can file married filing jointly or married filing separately. It is almost always better to file married filing jointly even if one spouse has no income. There are many disadvantages to filing married filing separately. See this: https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1894449-is-it-better-for-a-married-couple-to-file-jointly-or-separ...

You can never claim a spouse as a dependent on your tax return. The MFJ filing status allows you to get the same exemption amount for the that you would get if you were allowed to claim her as a dependent.
