My W2 has one value in box 18, but two values in box 19 and box 20

Box 19 has two separate amounts and box 20 has two separate locality names. I did not move nor change employers. No other tax forms were updated either.

You can add another locality when you enter your W-2 form in TurboTax to account for the extra box 19 and 20 on your W-2 form, just click on the Add Another Locality box:

Now you can add another locality:

Thank you. What about the associated wages that go along with it? I entered "0", but the get a system error since there cannot be taxes paid on zero wages.

You would use the wages associated with the state for total wages.
