I am a chronic procrastinator and so I am finally getting around to following up on the extension I filed earlier this year. I store my credentials in a password manager and when I attempted to login to TurboTax the password was incorrect. I do not recognize the email that it is trying to send the verification to? Unfortunately, I would need that email address to recover my account. The AI generated responses to attempt to solve my issue are not helping either. Is there any possible way to speak with a human about the issue I've encountered?

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
