Responding to your earlier reply to my post, the matter is still not resolved. I have the original Turbo Tax 2021 software (with Activation Code) that I purchased in 2022, plus, I have a second Turbo Tax 2021 license (with separate Activation Code) that I purchased in January 2025 in an effort to resolve this matter. Upon entering the activation code, your software shows it is accepted the button Let's Go is shown and once I hit that button the software simply disappears and does not start up.
Is there any phone number and customer service representative that I can contact to address this matter?
Please advise.

You can't have two copies of TurboTax 2021 on the same computer.
Even if you're only using one, the fact that a duplicate program is installed may be your issue.
Delete (or move to a removable drive) one of the 2021 programs.
If this doesn't resolve your issue, TurboTax Support can get into your computer to diagnose hardware issues.
