Since your tax return is shown as Processing on the IRS website for a federal tax refund, there is no need to file again since your return is already in the IRS system.
After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.

So since it says that the refund is still processing, it means that they have it and i just have to wait? There are people waiting from last year still. I do not want to be one of those people. I would rather just file again if it helps me get MY MONEY faster.

You cannot e-file the same tax return again. It will be rejected by the IRS since they have already received a tax return with your name and Social Security number.
Awesome, so now i just play the waiting game. And there is no timeline. I could be waiting for a year to get MY OWN MONEY because the government is worthless in everything they do. Awesome.
