My step kids live with me here in South Korea with their mom (my wife). the question: was all that time in the U.S.? If i put NO they do not qualify as my depentant.

if i put yes am i lying? But i am a DA civilian working for the U.S. Goverment on a military base. what do i put??

Unfortunately you do not qualify as a civilian employee. There is a specific rule that applies to military personnel only. See Military personnel stationed outside the United States.
