My state e file was rejected but doesn't indicate the reason why. How do you I find out what was wrong with my return?

My CA Personal return was rejected. Under WHAT HAPPENED it has: CA_Itemized - We've identified a potential issue in your California return due to an error in our software.

Once I open the state return, it does not tell me what to fix. I do the SMART CHECK, it tell me there are NO ERROS....it does not tell me what to fix. 

HELP!!
