My SSN is correct and I haven't filed yet this year. but at the end it says I already filed with this SSN. what does this mean, and how can I fix this?

I have made it to the end of the filing process and tried to submit, but I get the notification that the refund was already e-filed using my SSN. I did not e-file for taxes yet this year and I was doing today. I want to know how to fix this issue so I can file. please and thank you
