My spouse has two middle names, how do I properly include her full name?

Her full name is not necessary in the Personal Info section. Enter at least her first and last name. Include the first middle initial, if this this is how it reads on her SS card.

Ex. Jill Robin Elizabeth Smith on SS card would be entered Jill. R Smith.
