My son will still be 18 as of dec 31.He graduated high school in may and left for military training in june.Will have est. income of apprx 15,000.can i still claim him.

Yes, you may claim him if he still resides there and he doesn't claim himself on his taxes.My parents did the same thing when I joined the military too.I hope this answers your question.

It actually depends upon whether he provided more than than half of his own support for the entire year.
