my school address zip code is 72701 but turbo tax will not accept this and it prevents me from e-filing

why wont turbo tax accept my school zip code. double checked and know im using correct zip code

What is the city and state for the this zip code?  Verify that you have entered the spelling of the city correctly and the correct State ID.
