My return was rejected because it said my 2016 AGI was incorrect. However, it's the number that's listed on my 2016 W2. Please advise what I need to do to correct.

Please follow the directions in the TurboTax FAQ to obtain your AGI which is different than the income shown in your W-2. Specifically, look at the part that says "Where to find your 2016 AGI".
