I tried another tax prep site and still got rejected. It’s been an endless circle and not one person has been helpful in fixing it. Turbo tax keeps telling me to wait for a form I’ll never get or contact the irs. The irs says it must be the software because they have no record of my rejection. So stressful!
We expect this to be corrected this week. Please check back in few days to try again. If this is still giving you errors, please reach back out here for the next steps.

I've been doing my taxes for four years straight on here and this is unacceptable. I never had health insurance yet the software keeps rejecting me. What is the solution because I'll give it 24hours before I go some place else. Plenty of online tax companies.
What is expected to be fixed? The fact that when I select no under the ACA since I didn't have health insurance it won't reject me saying that I still need the form? How will I be notified that this problem has been corrected?
I have gone ahead and filled the form out with all 0s and 1s because I don't have the document it is requesting. Deleted the form. Gone back and changed it to "No I didn't receive form 1095-A" and hit continue. Click ahead to the file tab, and then immediately back to the ACA tab and it still says "Yes, I received Form 1095-A" as if I never clicked the alternative option. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible.
Same here! I have spoken to everyone I can and no resolution. I tried tax act and it didn’t go through either but they at least tried to help me. Everyone says to mail it
Mine too. Defaults back to yes and I think it triggered something because I couldn’t even get it to work on a different tax prep site. Turbo tax still says it’s not them but the irs disagrees. They can’t even see my multiple rejections and have no record of the code.
If you were not covered at all through the Marketplace, then it is possible that form 8962 is hanging in your return. If you are not covered, you can take these steps to fix it and resubmit your return.
Each time you go back through that section, it will revert back to yes. So, once you have completed these steps, do not go back to that section.

Thank you for this reply. However, when I follow your instructions it is forcing me to enter information in the 1095 before I can hit continue.
It’s stupid that it would revert back to yes. No other responses do. I just want to be able to check that it is actually saving my response. When I look through my file that was last rejected there is no 8962. I already tried the steps you mentioned. Your software just is not working.
You can enter $1 for at least one line, you will need to fill in a little information and then delete it after you continue in order to delete it.
Having the exact same issue. My taxes have already been rejected 5 times because the app stays at yes I have a 1095-A after putting in that I didn't receive one multiple times. Never had insurance through them at all so there's no reason for it to keep rejecting it. I spoke to at least 4 reps and nobody can resolve it.
Mine was rejected even after I input the info on my 1095. The rejection message I got next was about an error that would be corrected on or after February 3rd
If you were told there was an error, then that means we are currently working on a solution, and you will be updated when it's corrected. Please refer to the following article for help with a rejected return.
When a tax return can't be e-filed no matter what you do
