My rejection for 2021 taxes?

I believe my rejection of 2021 taxes was due to the fact that I did not take withdrawals on my two IRA accounts in 2020, therefore there was no income to report. Due to covid 19, I understood that we didn't have to take w/d's. My pension of $3582 was my AGI total and no SS taxes were taken. My pension amount on my 2021 tax return shows $3624 which should be $3852. My two IRA' income was $11,299.06 for 2021 not $11.257.
