My refund last year was changed and I recvd a CP12 form. How can I adjust the refund amount on this years tax return?

When filing this year it shows my refund from last year but it’s incorrect, how can I change that?

A federal tax refund from a prior tax year is not reported on your 2022 federal tax return.
