Assuming you e-filed your return, you can check the status of your federal refund at https://www.irs.gov/refunds.  You should also receive a text or email message from Intuit saying that your tax return has been transmitted.  That's not the same thing as accepted by the IRS.

Did you choose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund?     If so, here's information on what is likely happening.

If your Federal refund was delayed by the IRS, then after a certain amount of time, TurboTax will want to be paid for the fees.   They start sending you emails with a bill asking you to pay the fees.   If you don't pay, they send an email saying they are about to debit your bank account.   If you don't respond to that one by paying the bill or by speaking to TurboTax Support to arrange a deferment, then they go ahead and debit your bank account.

Are you not able to phone numbers in the USA?

FAQ: What is the TurboTax phone number?

If you can't phone, you can also contact a TurboTax Support agent directly using messaging at Twitter or Facebook:

https://twitter.com/TeamTurboTax
or
https://www.facebook.com/turbotax

As for the delayed Federal refund, what does the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool say at this page:

https://www.irs.gov/Refunds
NOTE: Be sure you enter only the Federal refund amount and not any total amount that includes a state refund. The figure to enter appears on your Federal Form 1040, Line 20a.

If you want to speak to a live agent at the IRS to see if you can learn anything about the delay, are you able to phone the IRS at 1-800-829-1040 (7AM-7 PM local time) Monday-Friday?  (may not be toll free from Mexico)

If you can't use that phone number, the IRS also has an International Taxpayer Service Call Center in Philadelphia, which uses a regular line.  You can get the phone number at this page:
