My property Block is 4.90, the numbers I have for Lot is 14. I have NO other numbers or an alphanumeric number. The site won't let me proceed. Where do I go from here?

Great if you don't have a Qualifier you can leave it blank.Also if County/Municipality code did not auto populate, there is a blue link right there to look up the code. Then hit continue.
