Are you no longer a dependent on their return? How did you allocate the premiums?
If you are no longer a dependent on their return, then you are responsible for whatever premiums or credits are paid by or for you as you are the one responsible for your own financial well being when it comes to the IRS.
If when the policy was issued or renewed, they believed you would still be a dependent on their return, then they can claim 100% of the allocation amounts and you can claim 0%. This will allow the premiums to be based on their income as it was reported and put all the repayment (if any) back onto them. It is possible, that they wouldn't have to repay anything. Otherwise, if they added you knowing that you would not be a dependent, and there were 3 of you on the policy, then you would each claim a third. This may reduce the amount you have to pay back.
If you have not already, then you should be removed from the policy so you do not have to enter this on your return year after year.
