My parent died in 2024, her estate was settled, and I received a 1099-DIV ($225) & 1099-INT ($3.89) from Wells Fargo. Do I need to file taxes for these small amounts?

If you're required to file a return because of other income, you'd need to include all of your income - including small amounts of dividend and interest. If that's the only income you have, you would not need to report it.
