My Ohio tax return was accepted immediately and now says posted but under manual review. What does this mean

Wow so people who filed January 31st with the earned income and child tax credit I haven’t even updated at all!

Mine went from saying please allow 48 hrs to process on 2/13/2024 to -

Your refund information is not available for your Individual Income Tax return. Please verify that you entered the correct tax type. Please allow up to 6 weeks for your return to process. If it has been more than 6 weeks, please call us at "1-800-282-1780" or log into OH|TAX and select "Send a Message" under "Additional Services".

I called and they said I was still being reviewed by an associate.
