Sorry----but we have no idea what you are talking about. We do not know what identity number you mean, we do not know who "him" means...or what your understanding of a rejection is... If your e-file was rejected, it was rejected by the IRS--not by TurboTax. And you are not being charged more because the e-file was rejected.
You received an email that we cannot see that tells you why your tax return was rejected.
Some rejected returns can be fixed and re-filed. Some have “un-fixable” reasons for the rejection and have to be mailed instead. What is the rejection code or rejection message?
If it was rejected for AGI—-your 2022 AGI might not be in the IRS system if you filed late. Try using zero instead.
If filing with zero is rejected then file again but select the option that you did not file last year. The IRS does not see that question and it will allow you to e-file with no AGI question.

If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.
How can I see my TurboTax fees?

There is no such $70 processing fee.
Your post shows you are using the Deluxe online edition which is currently $39. If you included a state tax return the current charge for the state program is $39. If you chose the Totally Optional Pay with Refund to have the TurboTax account fees paid from your federal tax refund, there is $40 service charge for that option.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for review your account fees - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/intuit-account-billing/review-fees-turbo...
The TurboTax Free online edition is for very simple tax returns that do not require any other form or schedule other than the Form 1040. If your tax data requires entry on any other form or schedule then you must upgrade to the Deluxe edition or higher.
