That usually happens when there is a block on your account. The billing department is in mountain time. Call Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Mountain time. Some agents will not know how to contact them so insist on a supervisor if they do not help you. Once that is fixed you will be able to use your credit cards.
