Is this the screen you are referring to?   If so,the screen says to use the whole year.

Or is there more to your story? What is your question about "months in the USA"?  Is the child a US citizen or legal resident, or resident of Canada/Mexico?

Yes my daughter was born in the USA and she is citizen.

For tax purposes your daughter lived with you for the whole year. When you are asked the question for the number of months she lived with you, she qualifies for the whole year since she was born in 2019.
