If your child receives disability benefits, that is not taxable income.

If she is your dependent, just run the dependent interview.  I think there is a box to check that the dependent is disabled, but it doesn't actually make a difference unless she is 13 or older.

If your daughter has earnings from a job (a W-2), she must file a tax return in her own name.  (SSI or SSDI payments are not earnings from a job and are not taxable.)

Your daughter may be your dependent.  There are two sets of rules that might apply.

To be a "qualifying child" dependent, your child must be disabled, and live with you at least half the nights of the year.  "Disabled" for income taxes means that she can't perform substantial gainful work.  In other words, that she can't work a normal job and earn a living.  If she has some work income from a sheltered workshop, that doesn't count toward the idea of substantial gainful work.  But, if she can hold down a regular job like a regular person (even if it is a minimum wage job like Walmart greeter) then she is not considered disabled for income tax purposes.

Or, she could be a "qualifying relative" dependent if her taxable income is less than $4150 and you provide more than half her total financial support (it doesn't matter where she lives in this case.)

If you list her as a dependent and run the interview and answer the questions carefully, you should get the right answer for your situation.

If she is your dependent, and she also has some taxable income to report, she needs her own tax return.  Turbotax online can only file one return per account, so you would need to make a new account with a different user name and password (it can use the same email address for notification, though).  After entering her name and address there is a box to check for "I can be claimed as a dependent by someone else."
