My daughter 36 lives with me, she has already filed her taxes can I claim her

If your daughter's gross income for 2016 was less than $4050 and you provided more than half of her total support for 2016 and you meet all the requirements, you can claim her as a dependent. 

However, if you meet the requirements to claim her AND she claimed a personal exemption for herself on her tax return, then she needs to amend her tax return AND you will need to print your tax return and mail it to the IRS.

If she did NOT claim a personal exemption for herself and you meet the requirements to claim her AND you claim her, you can efile your tax return.

Please refer to the chart on page 12 of pub 501 to see if you meet the requirements to claim your child as a qualifying relative. Please note that there are requirements listed above the qualifying child and qualifying relative sections, and those requirements must be met as well.  https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p501.pdf.
