If you bank doesn't support the import function or cannot be found, you can enter you data manually.  Since you say "bank" I will assume you are entering a 1099-INT.  The process is the same for 1099-B or 1099-DIV, you would just need to choose Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other or Dividends on 1099-DIV.

To enter your 1099-INT,

  • In your open Federal Return, choose the tab for Wages & Income
  • Scroll down to the topic Interest on 1099-INT (you may have to click Add more income and See a list to find it) and choose Start/Edit
  • Choose Edit if you already started or + Add more income to enter your 1099-INT
  • On the next page Let's get your tax info, scroll down and choose the gray button in the lower rightI'll type it in myself. On the page Let's get your 1099-INT or brokerage statement details enter your bank name and interest in Box 1, if any.
