If you want to import your documents from the bank website then you have to use your bank User ID and Password.  The User ID and Password are not stored in TurboTax anywhere.

If you do not want to import them, get the documents from the bank website outside of TurboTax and enter them manually in the TurboTax program.

Are you trying to enter a 1099?

Don't enter the bank name and don't try to import it.  It is just as fast and easy to manually enter it.  At the bottom pick Change How I enter my Form

Then on the next screen pick I'll Type it in Myself
