My AGI keeps getting rejected, and when i asked for a transcript from the IRS, they didn't have anything on file even though I did it through turbo tax. What do I do?

I do remember not being able to access my W2 for 2019, and had to go off my last paycheck. I did recieve a letter, but I don't remember what it was for as I just had eye surgery and couldn't read it, then my husband threw it away on accident. I could use any help anyone could provide for me. Please and thank you!

Enter 0 for the AGI since 2019 didn't get processed on time.  They are still not done with 2019 returns.  Better check if 2019 was filed and accepted.  If you got a letter from the IRS about it then they did get it, but you better call the IRS and ask what they needed.  Did you have a tax due or refund?  Did you get it?

When you log into your account you should see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  what does it say?

Then when you efile you get back 2 emails.  The first email only confirms the transmission.  The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepte.d or Rejected your efile.  Check back though your emails if you have them.
