Yes, when you share a device with another TurboTax user, you may see their account due to cookies.
If you look a little lower on the screen, you should see Use a different user ID. Select that and sign in with your own user ID and password.
If you don't see Use a different user ID, you will have to clear your cookies. Follow this link for instructions.
Thank you for your reply. Using the same device is not the issue. The issue is that I helped my daughter do her taxes as a minor. She's now an adult and continues to use TurboTax with her own ID and email. She's on her own device and I'm on a brand new laptop that was not ever used for TurboTax in the past at all. I have my own user ID and email registered but no matter how many times I update my Intuit account info - I click over to TurboTax and it shows me her name, her profile info, and only prompts me to proceed with her past tax info. There's nowhere to restart it as my own. She has also gone into her own account and made sure nothing shows my info in her profile. We are stumped and Intuit will not allow me to reach a live person via their support because I have not been able to actually begin with a tax product
