My account is still showing I haven't finished my 2023 taxes even though I paid 221.00 for the assistance and it wont let me do anything to file for this years.

I've tried calling and that stupid computer cant help. I just want someone to help clear this matter up so I can file my 2024 taxes

Can you please clarify the issue that you are having and why isn't it letting you file? Are you getting any error messages?
