My 19 year old made enough W2 income in 2021 to file her own return, thereby on my MFJ return, it's saying she "is not a dependent this year". Can I "delete" her?

She's not in school, so I'm not expecting any deductions relating to that.  If I "delete" her off our return, she may be eligible for EIC since she won't be claimed anymore by us, but also not wanting to do anything illegal by doing this.  Thanks for any advice on this subject.

If you are not claiming your daughter you have no reason to keep her on your tax return.  Delete her from My Info.
