My 1098 has an addition of a 1099 INT on the bottom. Should this go in the 1099 INT section of turbo tax?

Yes. You have two separate forms on one piece of paper. Enter each form separately in the appropriate section of TurboTax for that form. Enter the 1099-INT as a 1099-INT, even though it's on the same piece of paper as the 1098.
