I efiled Fed/State (paid the $25 for state) tax returns multiple times. Each efile was rejected due to "incorrect" 2021 AGI. Contacted TurboTax and was told it's an IRS problem and to use IRS.gov and follow prompts. After following prompts including uploading my photo, driver's license and passport I waited almost an hour and was connected to a video chat. The person said I was not ready for video chat and disconnected me. Made appointment with local IRS and was told my 2021 AGI is correct and that Turbotax has the problem. Now I'm unable to get satisfactory TurboTax support and likely have one choice. To mail completed state/Federal taxes (lose the $25 for state efile).
I am NOT HAPPY.

Before trying to print and mail your 2022 tax return, try this -
The IRS may not have your 2021 AGI in their database due to the problems the IRS had in processing 2021 return.
Enter a 0 (zero) for the 2021 AGI and e-file the 2022 tax return again. If this also fails then you will have to print and mail the tax returns.
If you paid the state e-file fee of $25 and are having to print the state return then contact TurboTax support to get the charge either cancelled or refunded. When contacting support use the key words Billing Issue
