Moved from CO to TX in May. Do I need to report $900 of UBER income while vacationing in CO during December, as a portion of business income earned from CO sources?

I earned $0 income while living in Colorado from Jan to May, 2018.  I moved to Texas in May and earned $7,000 of income since then mostly driving for Lyft. This income includes less than $900 which I earned driving for Uber during a 2 week vacation in Colorado during December. Turbotax for Colorado says, "Enter the portion of business income (or loss) that you earned while a Colorado resident (which was $0) and/or was earned from Colorado sources".  Do I need to report this $900, while on vacation in Colorado, as from Colorado sources?   Thanks!

Yes.  Since you earned this income while working in Colorado, this is considered to be nonresident (or "Colorado-sourced") income, but it will be included with your remaining taxable Colorado income you earned while you were a resident of Colorado.

Before you enter the income, however, make sure you have claimed all available deductions against the income first.  This FAQ gives information on what you might be able to claim:  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/5370677
