Mortgage Interest Deduction

In 2020 I refinanced my home mortgage by borrowing $103,000. This included paying off my existing mortgage of $13,462, paying off my rental home mortgage of $21,446, paying off some credit cards, etc.  Included in those credit cards was the payment for a new roof on my personal home in 2014 for $10,500 and a bathroom remodel in 2012 for $4,800. Can I add those 2 amounts to the $13,462 to determine deductible interest or because they happened several years ago then I can not?  By the way the FMV of my personal home is $425,000, but it seems that to be deductible interest, refinanced funds must refinance existing mortgage and/or be used to remodel or upgrade the home.
