more updates and still no answers

Why are there no documents concerning software updates. I've held off filing my taxes, because they keep sending critical updates without telling their users what has been changing.  If these are such critical updates, why does TurboTax feel they are above letting their users know what the changes are. I am very frustrated that the only Employee interaction is if someone says there is an error, but still no knowledge of what has changed.

I'm sorry to inform you that TurboTax is no longer including "release notes" along with updates.  This is a change that has taken place this year, and many users are unhappy about it.  

Unless Intuit makes changes, users will no longer know what issues have been addressed and changed when updates are made.

Thanks Kat.  I was aware they weren't giving out updates any longer.  I was voicing my opinion that this wasn't a very good GAAP business practice.

Thank you Gabi for letting the community know that at least our opinions and concerns are being relayed to your colleagues.  The forms availability page gives us no further information about what the updates are, so this isn't really helpful information in terms of what is happening to the software.  As deadlines have now changed and could change again considering the state of the nation and this virus, I expect there will be more updates without information as to what is changing.
