Missing Field on State Tax Return (MN)

Minnesota Form M1 includes a new field this year for the tax payer's county; Turbo Tax doesn't provide the user with the ability to enter that information.

Yes, the county was not included on the 2023 Minnesota M1. It is not a required entry, but I am sure TurboTax will add it soon.
