I have 3 minor biological sons who receive Survivors Benefits since losing their father in 2022. Two are full time students and one is only 4 years old so is not in school yet. Is there a section on tax return to enter this information, or do i not need to?

All the children that receive Social Security benefits reported on a SSA-1099 will have their Social Security number entered in box 2 of the form.  You do not report their benefits received on your tax return.

It the child has no other income they do not report the benefits received on a tax return.

You do not report your children's survivor benefits on your tax return.

If the Survivor benefits are their only income, they are not required to file tax returns.
