Minnesota tax rebate

Is anyone else having issues filing their return because of the Minnesota tax rebate? Was told to claim it on federal then enter the amount on the state M1M form. But I keep getting looped into this error and not able to e-file

In looking at your screen shot, it says Tax Rebate Payment should be blank, but you have entered 1040 in that space. Remove that and see if this resolves your problem.
