It is possible that your refunds are still in process. On average, refunds are received in approximately three weeks from the date the tax return is accepted but returns with certain credits are held longer, and refunds for those are typically issued beginning the second week of March. 

Please make sure, first, that for each of you your TurboTax account shows that your returns have been Accepted as the status of the return.  You can then check the status of your federal refund here: Where's My Refund?  This tool can tell you exactly where in the process your tax refund is with the IRS.  Make sure the refund you enter in this tool is only your federal refund and does not include any state amount.
