My depreciation and amortization page on my business taxes show 1,000,000 and 2,000,000. Why would it show that?

Maybe you made a data entry error, such as a misplaced comma or decimal?

Do you mean $1,000,000 and $2,500,000?  Is that on Lines 1 and 3 of your Form 4562?

Those are set amounts per the tax year you are filing ... those are filled in automatically.

Line 3 ...Threshold cost of section 179 property before reduction in limitation 

Line 5 ...Dollar limitation for tax year.
