Where can I calculate estimated tax payments for 2019? TurboTax always calculated these and I never needed them. This year I saw nothing when I completed my taxes

I have already finished and filed my return.  Do I have to open a new return to do this?

 Maybe this option is not available on the online product I used, not a CD or download version?

No, you can still do this, click on "Add a state" and you just do this to get back into the 2018 file, then go through the answer above and you can do the Estimates and then print them.
