Massachusetts Information Worksheet--Can't choose direct debit

I am filing a Non Resident return for MA.  On the Massachusetts Information Worksheet, section VI, an error comes up when I check the box for direct debit for tax payment (electronic filing only).

Under additional information, although I can put in a date for electronic payment, I cannot put in an amount.
