Massachusetts form M1310

I am ready to E=file both my Federal tax and Massachusetts tax on TurboTax. Because my spouse passed this last year, I am required to submit Form M1310 with my Mass tax. I have that form completed in paper form produced electronically. Can I E-file my Mass tax with TurboTax and mail that form to the Massachusetts DOR separately …..or will I have to mail my entire Mass tax to the state with that accompanying form. I don’t see how I’m able to provide TurboTax with that completed form M1319 electronically so that it can be E-filed with the rest of the Massachusetts tax submission

Massachusetts form M1310

You will still be able to electronically file your federal return as Form 1310 is supported by TurboTax.

However, the Massachusetts equivalent Form M-1310 is not a supported form within TurboTax and therefore would need to be mailed in with your Massachusetts return.  (If you are able to electronically file your return, you may want to contact MA directly to confirm how and where to send the state equivalent form to them.)

Please accept my condolences on your loss.
