Maryland State tax 2023 isn't importing correctly

MD tax isn't importing prior year tax obligation from my 2022 file.  Also, it is displaying an old work phone number, and we both retired several years ago.  The federal form shows one entry for our number; there is no prompt for a second, separate number.  Part IV of the state return is displaying an error, asking me to enter the previous year state tax obligation.  I can 'hard' enter it, as well as correcting the incorrect phone number, but I'd like to see if the software is supposed to do it. 

Perhaps the debugging isn't finished?

The forms may not all be completely updated yet.

Here is an article you can reference that will tell you particular forms availability. 

You will also need to clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.
