Maryland Form 1099G

Maryland issued me a 2019 1099G for my tax refund with additional information that says it was applied to other taxes. This option does not exist as a selection for 1099G. Do I report it as a business or farm tax refund, which is the closet to what it is, or in some other place?

Maryland Form 1099G

To enter your 1099-G into TurboTax follow these instructions:

While you are in your Tax Home,
Select Search from the top right side of your screen,
Enter 1099-G,
Select Go to State and Local Refunds,
Select Yes,
Select State and Local Income Tax Refunds.
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete this section.
