That is what I tried first. They failed to fix the problem and I tried repeatedly to reach them again and couldn't get through. The automated system keeps telling me to change my password, which is not the correct solution.
Every TurboTax user should be concerned that users can see other user's private data. TurboTax is showing me someone else's name, DOB and SS# instead of my own.
