I am having difficulty logging in....need help

OMG I'm about to go to another tax filing service after being with you guys for 10+ years. I cannot get logged in. I can log in on my cellular phone but I want to log in on my computer to get the "full" version. I have done a password recovery and gotten in but then it freezes. When I try to log back in it says my user name isn't recognized - but it is the same one I used to log into this forum. 

I'd love a phone number where I can talk to a REAL person!!

Please help me.
