LLCP transfer of ownership

I entered a member on the Sch K-1 worksheet and realized I had already entered that member. I deleted all the information for the second one. The edit delete table row is greyed out. How do I delete this blank record?

If you are using:

• TurboTax Online: see How do I view and delete forms in TurboTax Online?
• TurboTax Desktop:
  1. On the top right, there is a FORMS button.
  2. Click on FORMS.
  3. Locate the form you want to delete.
  4. Click on the form name.
  5. Below the form, bottom left, select DELETE FORM button.

Thanks, Catina, but 1) I do not see a Forms button in the upper right and 2) I am not trying to delete the Schedule K-1 Worksheet. When I do that, it deletes all K-1s entered on the worksheet. I don't see this blank/untitled K-1 in the "Forms in my My Return" pane. So, I keep getting the error message for an incomplete form.

Please clarify which version of TurboTax you are using. TurboTax Business Online or TurboTax Online for Form 1040?

You can delete a partner from the main step-by-step screens in TurboTax Business as follows:

1. Open your return and click on the Business Info tab.
2. Click on Partner/Member Information.
3. Click Delete beside the partner you entered in error and confirm your choice.

To confirm this action, go to Forms Mode (use Ctrl+2 or from the menu, Forms>>Open Forms).

1. Look at the list of Schedule K-1 (Partner Name) worksheets.
2. Confirm you have only the partners you need.
3. If there is an extra worksheet, click the form name to open it in the large window.
4. Click the Delete button at the bottom of the open form.
5. When you're finished, click Step-by-Step in the header to go back to your return.
